What to Expect:
Taking place from 11am to 5pm at Esquimalt Gorge Park, we are hosting a day of trivia, iNaturalist, food, and fun! Throughout the day, play lawn games and stop by the kids' activity stations in between the trivia and nature walks! Grab a tasty treat from Hazel's Ice Cream and a delicious meal provided by local food trucks.
Bioblitz: Plant Walk + Bug Walk
Engage with local biodiversity! Help local naturalists, community scientists, and GWAS staff catalogue the local flora and fauna of the Gorge Waterway ecosystems using iNaturalist. Bring your smartphone. No experience necessary!
Sustainable Smarts: SDG Trivia Competition
The “Sustainable Smarts” Trivia Competition will feature three rounds, each based on one of the U.N.
